Step 1

Knowing You

Before your initial meeting, we will ask you to summarise your medical history, current & past physical performance and current lifestyle choices

You will then have your first one on one consultation. This is where we will work together to define your start point, your motivations and the areas you feel you need to address most urgently. This process involves an in-depth meeting with guided self reflection to allow both us and yourself to learn exactly what is at your core. This defines your start point and the direction towards where you want to be

1st One on One Meeting

We start everything from learning what's at the centre of you – your inner motivation to reach sustainable change. We'll guide you to find what encourages you to live your daily life with meaning, realise more of your potential, and be true to what matters most to you. This provides you with a motivational benchmark for making meaningful changes and is vital for reaching your goals.

We offer specific assessments that are aimed at teaching both yourself and us exactly where you are objectively


The nutrition interventions you have will be science based. The strategy and recommendations we make are derived from our scientific analysis, and are based from the functional medicine philosophy. We assess your:

Following any initial assessments, we will have a clear snapshot of your full functional health and wellbeing


Information from your own personal experience and viewpoint is just as important as any objective measures that we may collect. 

Ultimately, we want the clearest picture possible of where you are now. This gives you the most clarity on the journey forward, and gives us the clarity on the best place to begin our first focus



Step 4

The Plan




















Month 1 will give you:

1) Identify & prioritise where you need to make immediate changes

2) Define your goals: Daily, Weekly, Monthly & for the whole 3 month program

3) Complete relevant assessments: Nutritional, Movement, Flow

4) You score yourself on where you feel you are regarding our framework

5) You will have a clear picture of where you want to be

Month 2 will give you:

1) Results & plan to address your functional nutrition health

2) You will have a clear picture of the reasons behind any abnormal symptoms you may have

3) You will have a clear understanding of Flow, and you will already be making changes in your life to access more Flow

4) You will have a deeper understanding of what’s holding you back, and you will be excited about making positive changes in your life

5) You will already have better movement & you’ll also have a good understanding of how it is linked to your mind

6) You will be practicing exercises to manage and reduce your stress response

Month 3 will give you:

1) Evidence of your improved health

2) You will have strong tools that you will be confident in using to improve your relationships

3) You will have made significant steps to where you want to be

4) You will be accessing Flow often, and you will have a schedule planned out over the year of where, what and when you will be using your different flow triggers to perform and feel your best

5) You will have the courage to overcome the fears you identified at the beginning of the 3 month plan

6) You will be confident and well practised at using your breath to manage stress, boost your energy and to feel amazing

3 Month Journey

The plan will be formed as part of a holistic approach, much in the same way we have supported Olympic athletes in their approach of each year.  The direction of your journey will be determined by our first meeting and any assessment results. All areas will be addressed, but depending on what yourself and the specialists agree, there will be a heavier focus in one area. 

You will have a clear report which will contain your assessment results, the insights and interpretation from the specialists and a clear strategy for sustainable change

Your report forms the long-term strategy to optimise your health and wellbeing. It will clearly show realistic and achievable steps to empower you to begin your journey towards your goal
